Pondero Winchester – Generative AI: What is it?

Curious about all the chatter around AI but not sure what it actually is? This talk will take the mystery out of generative AI and put it into everyday language. You’ll hear what tools like ChatGPT really can do (and can’t), why they’ve suddenly exploded into our lives and where they’re already popping up in work and home. No jargon, no tech knowledge required – just clear explanations, relatable examples and some fun, simple examples.

Kim Mason is a long-time marketing and business development pro turned AI trainer who fell headfirst into the world of ChatGPT in 2022 when it was all a bit of trial and error (mostly error). She’s gone from sparring with chatbots through to helping others understand and use them properly. Her focus is on getting non-techie beginners confident, curious and capable with Generative AI. She now works with businesses who want to learn, experiment and not be left behind.
