Ed Ferris draws on his extensive business retail experience to show how businesses can build trust before their customers even make contact. This is relevant if you are a business looking at your digital strategy or a customer trying to understand modern marketing.
Ed started working in his family’s retail jewellery business as a teenager. He took over as managing director in his early twenties, expanding the business ten-fold over a fifteen year period. In 2013, the company became the second fastest growing in the UK. During this time, he has started multiple businesses.
Having cut his teeth in the often tricky environment of independent retail, Ed saw the value of building trust in customers. From understanding the importance of personal touches to improving your customer base through digital strategies, he has studied and used techniques which have driven significant benefits to his businesses.
Ed Ferris is now carving out a new career mentoring, investing and consulting with businesses owners across multiple industries.
