Pondero Newbury – Emotional Stability: Emerging from the Pandemic
In times of uncertainty, fear can run amok and at times be crippling. These pandemic times certainly have produced feelings of fear in many people and places, with high levels of uncertainty at times. It’s time to stabilise what is possible and allow peace to rise above fear.

Her work has led her to international audiences in Kuwait and the Tribal Lands of America as well as to many groups and individuals experiencing stress and anger management issues here in Britain. More recently her work has focussed on helping women involved in the criminal justice system to understand and manage their emotions and responses more positively. We will begin the session with coffee and networking – a chance to meet with new and familiar faces at the wonderful Honesty Cookery School.
