Dr Lindsay Browning is a Chartered Psychologist, neuroscientist and sleep expert. She has a doctorate from the University of Oxford where she investigated the relationship between worry and insomnia. Dr Browning is passionate about helping people to improve their sleep, since sleep is vital for so many aspects of our health and wellbeing. When you don’t get enough sleep and feel tired you won’t be the best version of you.
